As the Vice President, Sarah spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing community outreach, optimizing program effectiveness, and fostering meaningful partnerships with local stakeholders. A dedicated advocate for community service, Sarah is known for her collaborative approach and innovative problem-solving abilities. She is a strong believer in the power of collective action to create positive change and is dedicated to inspiring others to join in the mission of building a more equitable and supportive community. Prior to joining the ICON Foundation, Sarah held various leadership positions in local volunteer and non-profit organizations where she developed and implemented successful strategies to drive organizational growth and impact.

Over the years, Jeff has had the priviledge of working under various leaders and bosses, each with their own distinctive styles and philosophies. Yet admist the diversity of their approaches, one lesson has resonated deeply with Jeff: The importance of giving back to the community. Jeff was honored when asked to be a member of the ICON Foundation Board of Directors. This is an amazing opportunity to continue giving back to the community and assisting other individuals at Keller Williams Realty Group to do the same. Jeff is also a Member of the Scarsdale Rotary Club. Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated human rights purpose it to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and to advance good will and peace around the world. Jeff feels it is a priviledge and honor to be surrounded by such great people with similar core values.

As the Global Director of Events at White & Case LLP, Hope Ellen leads the strategic planning and execution of the firm’s worldwide event portfolio. With over 20+ years of experience in event management and a deep understanding of the event industry, Hope brings a wealth of expertise to this pivotal role.

Hope is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of events, including high-profile client receptions, international meetings, partner retreats, and internal firm-wide gatherings. By fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, she ensures that each event aligns with the firm’s strategic goals and reinforces its global brand presence.

Prior to joining White & Case, Hope worked on the agency side of events at First Protocol, where she played a key role in helping to start up the agency. She was instrumental in building the business and executing events for professional services firms and financial services industry, demonstrating an exceptional ability to manage complex logistics, drive attendee engagement, and deliver memorable experiences. Hope holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Hoftstra University.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach, Hope is passionate about creating impactful events that not only meet but exceed expectations. Her leadership and vision continue to elevate White & Case’s event strategy, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence and global connectivity.
